Vantage Residential was founded in 2005, and manages a variety of luxury no fee rental properties and developments in Manhattan primarily in Harlem and Washington Heights, but also Queens. Though luxury, their pricing and tennant services are extremely affordable and of high standards on par with any of the best.

The first property we have added is 620 Lenox Avenue.

JR Properties manages 10 building in Manhattan. Their locations range from the West Village, to Washington Heights. Prices vary according to size and location. If you are open to the Morningside Heights (West Harlem), then you can find very cost effective 3 and 4 bedrooms in an elevator building they have up on 500 West 143rd Street.

We will be adding more buildings in other neighborhoods ASAP.
